Orders are sent up to 48 hours from the moment of receiving the payment. After large promotions and discount campaigns, orders can be shipped up to 5 business days. Orders with the status “available on request" and foreign shipments are carried out up to 2 weeks. If the order exceeds this time, the customer is informed by e-mail.
