Return & refund policy

Every customer who has placed an order has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns should be sent to Maanu, ul. Leszczyńska 12, 00-339 Warsaw, +48 733 608 525, including return details: full name, contact information, and bank account number. The shipping cost is borne by the buyer. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, complaints should be directed directly to FedEx Europe for compensation procedures. The complaint process may take up to 90 days. Complaints are processed immediately upon receipt of the customer’s information.
