TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store operating at maanu.eu / maanu.it including the conditions for placing Orders for products available in the online store, the rules for delivering ordered products to the Customer, the method and deadline for payment, rights related to withdrawal from the contract, and the rules for submitting complaints.
- DEFINITIONS
1.1. PASSWORD – an alphanumeric string required for authorization when accessing the Account, set independently by the Customer during the Registration process.
1.2. CUSTOMER – a natural person with full legal capacity, residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland, or in cases provided by generally applicable law, a natural person with limited legal capacity residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland, or a legal person with full legal capacity having its registered office in the territory of the Republic of Poland, or an organizational unit without legal personality, which is granted legal capacity under special regulations.
1.3. CIVIL CODE – the Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1360, as amended).
1.4. CONSUMER – a natural person for whom the conclusion of a Sales Agreement or an electronic Service Agreement is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
1.5. ACCOUNT (CUSTOMER ACCOUNT) – a section of the Store where information about the Customer’s Orders in the online store is collected.
1.6. PRODUCT – a movable item available in the online Store that is the subject of a Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.
1.7. TERMS AND CONDITIONS – these Terms and Conditions of the online Store.
1.8. REGISTRATION – a one-time action consisting of creating an Account by the Customer using the registration form provided by the Service Provider on the Store’s website.
1.9. ONLINE STORE (STORE) – the Service Provider’s online store available at maanu.eu / maanu.it through which the Customer may conclude a Sales Agreement or an electronic Service Agreement.
1.10. SELLER – maanu.eu / maanu.it conducting business under the name MAANU (business address: ul. Leszczyńska 12; 00-339, Warsaw), registered in the Central Registration and Information on Business of the Republic of Poland, NIP: 1182217727, email: sklep@maanu.pl, phone: (+48) 733-608-525 (charged as a standard call according to the operator’s pricing).
1.11. PARTY – Service Provider, Seller, or Customer.
1.12. SALES AGREEMENT (AGREEMENT) – a contract for the sale of a Product within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded via the online Store.
1.13. ELECTRONIC SERVICE – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider via the online Store.
1.14. SERVICE PROVIDER – maanu.eu / maanu.it conducting business under the name MAANU (business address: ul. Leszczyńska 12, 00-339, Warsaw), registered in the Central Registration and Information on Business of the Republic of Poland, NIP: 1182217727, email: sklep@maanu.pl, phone: (+48) 733-608-525 (charged as a standard call according to the operator’s pricing).
1.15. ORDER – a statement of intent by the Customer directly aimed at concluding a Sales Agreement for a Product and specifying its essential terms.
- GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not aim to exclude or limit any rights of a Customer who is simultaneously a Consumer, granted under mandatory provisions of law. In the event of inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and such provisions, the provisions of the law shall prevail.
2.2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for Customers’ use of the Online Store.
2.3. These Terms and Conditions constitute the regulations referred to in Article 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 344, as amended) and also regulate the conditions for concluding Sales Agreements in the online Store.

2.5. The Service Provider provides the following electronic services via the Store:
- Customer Account in the online Store
- Interactive form enabling Customers to place Orders in the online Store
2.6. Minimum technical requirements for using the Store:
- Computer with Internet access
- Email access
- Recommended screen resolution: 1024×768 pixels
- Internet browser: Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher with JavaScript and cookies enabled; Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or higher with JavaScript and cookies enabled; or Google Chrome 8 or higher.
2.7. The Service Provider uses cookies to maintain Customer sessions (after logging in) so that the Customer does not need to enter the Password on each page of the Store.
2.8. The Customer is prohibited from providing unlawful content.
2.9. The Customer must provide accurate information.
2.10. The Customer must use the Store in a manner consistent with the law and good practices, respecting personal rights and intellectual property rights of third parties.
2.11. It is prohibited to use electronic services in a way that unlawfully disrupts the functioning of the online Store through software or devices, and to send or post unsolicited commercial information.
2.12. The Service Provider takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of electronic service communications.
- PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
3.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide electronic services under the terms specified in these Terms and Conditions.
3.2. The provision of electronic services is free of charge.
3.3. Terms of concluding agreements for electronic services:
- The electronic service for maintaining a Customer Account is concluded upon Registration.
- Registration requires providing: name and surname, address (street, house number, city with postal code), email, phone number, and Password.
- The electronic service enabling placement of Orders is concluded when the Customer begins using the service (adding a Product to the cart).
3.4. The Customer Account service is concluded for an indefinite period.
3.5. The Order form service is concluded for a fixed period and ends when the Order is placed or the Customer stops placing Orders.
3.6. Termination of electronic services:
- The Customer may terminate an indefinite contract at any time without giving reasons, with 7-day notice.
- The Customer may immediately terminate the service by deleting their Account.
- The Service Provider may terminate the contract in case of gross or persistent violation of the Terms, with 14-day notice after prior warning.
- Termination does not affect acquired rights.
- The Parties may mutually terminate the contract at any time.
- CONDITIONS OF CONCLUDING SALES AGREEMENTS
4.1. Announcements, advertisements, price lists, and other information about Products on the Store website, including descriptions, technical and functional parameters, and prices, constitute an invitation to conclude a contract under Article 71 of the Civil Code.
4.2. The Product price displayed on the Store website is in Polish zloty and includes all components, including VAT and duties. Delivery costs are not included and are indicated during the Order process and on the Store website in the “Sales Conditions” section.
4.3. The Product price on the website is binding at the moment the Store confirms the price and availability.
4.4. To conclude a Sales Agreement using the interactive form, select a Product on the Store website and place the Order according to displayed instructions.
4.5. Orders are submitted by clicking the “Order with payment obligation. ORDER” button.
4.6. After submitting the Order, the Seller promptly confirms receipt by email, binding the Customer to their statement. If the Store confirms the price and availability, the Sales Agreement is concluded; otherwise, the Order is rejected and the payment is refunded.
4.7. The Customer may modify data before submitting the Order.
4.8. Discount codes or vouchers may be applied, but the Seller may cancel if conditions are not met.
4.9. Product availability is not guaranteed; if items are unavailable, the Customer may choose to cancel or receive a partial Order. Payments will be refunded accordingly.
- DELIVERY
5.1. Delivery of Products occurs within 31 calendar days of concluding the Sales Agreement.
5.2. Delivery is via the Customer’s choice: own transport or postal/carrier.
5.3. Delivery is available within Poland. Standard delivery is from 48 hours to 14 business days, possibly longer during promotions.
5.4. Delivery costs are indicated during the Order process and available in the “Payment and Delivery” section.
5.5. Upon delivery via carrier, the Customer must check the shipment and report any damage or loss immediately.
- PAYMENT
6.1. Available payment methods:
- Cash on delivery
- Bank transfer
- Payment cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro)
- BLIK
- TWISTO
- PayPal
- PayPo
6.2. Payment by other methods than cash on delivery must be made within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
6.3. For non-Consumer Customers, the Seller may require full or partial prepayment.
6.4. Payment via BLIK, Twisto, PayPal, or PayPo may include a commission.
6.5. Product prices include all taxes and duties but exclude delivery and payment operator fees.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1. Consumers may withdraw within 14 days without reason by sending a statement to: ul. Leszczyńska 12, 00-329, Warsaw.
7.2. The 14-day period starts from the day of product delivery or service conclusion.
7.3. Withdrawal releases the Customer from obligations except for return shipping costs and payment operator fees. Returned items must be in original condition.
7.4. Refunds will be made promptly to the Consumer’s account or agreed method.
- COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
8.1. The Seller provides products free from physical and legal defects.
8.2. Complaints regarding product non-conformity:
- Submit in writing to ul. Leszczyńska 12, 00-339, Warsaw or via email: sklep@maanu.pl
- The Seller will respond within 14 days.
- Warranty rights apply alongside statutory rights.
- Non-Consumer Customers have claims limited to the price paid and delivery costs.
8.3. Complaints regarding electronic services:
- Can be submitted in writing or via email.
- Must be submitted within 1 month from noticing the defect.
- Provide detailed information to facilitate processing.
- The Seller responds within 14 days.
- Refunds include product price and standard delivery cost.
- Failure to collect shipments may incur return costs.
- DATA PROTECTION
9.1. Customer data is processed in accordance with GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Polish law.
9.2. Detailed information is in the Privacy Policy.
- FINAL PROVISIONS
10.1. Agreements are concluded in Polish.
10.2. Polish law applies unless mandatory consumer protections of another jurisdiction apply.
10.3. Customers can access the Terms at any time via the Store website.
10.4. Documentation of Orders and service agreements is provided electronically and with purchase documents.
10.5. In-person orders expire 14 days after purchase unless extended.
10.6. Terms effective from 01.09.2025.
10.7. Disputes with Consumers are subject to competent courts under civil procedure; disputes with non-Consumers are under the jurisdiction of the Service Provider or Seller’s seat.
