Payment & delivery

At Maanu, you can use several convenient payment methods, such as PayPal, card payment, or traditional bank transfer. Payment operators may charge a fee for processing the payment service. We encourage using a traditional bank transfer directly to our account.

Shipments are carried out via FedEx Europe. Packages are dispatched within 72 hours from the moment the payment is received. If no confirmed payment is received, we send an email notification or call the customer directly. During major promotional campaigns, the processing time may be extended to up to 14 business days or longer. Any delays are announced on our social media channels and the homepage. Shipping costs start from 7 euros.

A customer who does not collect a courier shipment is required to send information to pro@maanu.pl

indicating whether the shipment should be resent at the customer’s expense or if the order should be canceled, with the funds for the completed order refunded. The cost of a completed but uncollected shipment is borne by the customer.
