Who is the administrator of Customers’ personal data? The administrator of Customers’ personal data is MAANU, with its registered office at ul. Leszczyńska 12, (00-339) Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the Central Registration and Information on Business, NIP: 1182217727 (“Administrator”). Customers’ personal data are processed by the Administrator in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”) and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000).
What is the scope of processed personal data? The scope of personal data processed for Customers includes: name and surname, company name, NIP, address, phone number, email address, bank account number, Customer login and password, IP address of the computer from which registration or order was made (“Personal Data”).
 For what purpose and on what legal basis are Customers’ Personal Data processed? Customers’ personal data are processed for the following purposes: concluding and performing sales agreements for products via maanu.eu / maanu.it until the completion of the agreement – based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; providing Account services – during the period of Account maintenance for the Customer until the Account is closed at the Customer’s request – based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; fulfilling legal obligations, in particular resulting from tax law – for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline passed in connection with concluding and performing the sales agreement, or longer if required by law – based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR; establishing, pursuing or defending claims – for a period of 7 years from the end of service provision – based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; sending newsletters – until the Customer objects – based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Providing Personal Data is voluntary; however, failure to provide data marked as required for using specific functionalities will prevent us from providing those services.
What rights do Customers have regarding the processing of their Personal Data? Every Customer whose Personal Data are processed has the right to access, correct, delete, object to processing, restrict processing, and data portability. Every Customer also has the right to file a complaint with the data protection authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office, Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
How are Customers’ Personal Data protected? The Administrator applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed Personal Data, in particular protecting them from disclosure to unauthorized persons, unlawful processing, and alteration, loss, damage, or destruction.
Who can access Customers’ Personal Data? Authorized employees and collaborators of the Administrator, as well as entities to which the Administrator entrusts data processing (including entities providing technical infrastructure for the website) will have access – to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or arising from contracts with the Administrator. Personal Data may also be disclosed to entities entitled to receive them under applicable law, including competent judicial authorities – but only upon their explicit request and only in cases specified by law.
